Thomas A. Haberkern

BAPTIZED IN THE hope of Christ Resurrection on Monday, April 22, 2024.

Tom is survived by Amy Brune, Michaela Haberkern (Douglas Hoff), Raymond Haberkern, and Emilie Haberkern, as well as many beloved nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles. Tom never met a stranger and was crazy about his cats Henry and Cora.

Many of us who knew him thought he was the smartest person we'd ever met. He was endlessly curious and interested in everything.

While living and studying in Rome, he learned to speak the language fluently, travelled widely, and brought home a lifelong love of cooking and hospitality.

Tom could always make us laugh, and we loved his tall tales and joy in life. We'll miss him every day.

SERVICES: The family will receive friends Thursday, April 25 in the Great Hall of Ambruster Chapel. 6633 Clayton Rd. from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm . The funeral mass will be celebrated 10:00 am Friday, April 26, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church 724 E. Main St., Warrenton, MO. Interment: Holy Rosary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Heart Association or masses at Holy Rosary Parish.
