Beatrice Shirley Hollander peacefully on April 2, 2018. Devoted companion of late Sanford Rubin; daughter of late Sam & Rose Hollander; sister of late Eleanor Gale (late Burton Gale) & late Dr. Dory Hollander (former sisterin-law of Jerry Blumoff); beloved aunt of Sharon Gale, Carla Gale, Sam Blumoff (Lisa Greening) & Rebecca Hollander-Blumoff (Matthew Bodie); adored great-aunt of Benjamin, Julius, Teddy, Adam & Joel. Bea worked 46 years for the State of Missouri helping the unemployed find jobs. She was happiest when helping others, and delighted in buying gifts for family, friends, or those in need. She loved opera and was a long-time & passionate volunteer for & supporter of Opera Theater of St. Louis.
