Mark Francis Spellmeyer

Age 70, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2024, while surrounded by loved ones.

He was born to Henry and Marguerite (nee Zilch) Spellmeyer on June 1, 1953, and fortified by the sacraments of St. Ann's Catholic Church. He enlisted in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War at the age of 18 years old.

He lived in Chesterfield, Mo with his wife Karen (nee Mahood) who he married in 1977. Mark was very devoted to his family.

He was a loving father to Elizabeth (Joseph) Reichardt, Emilie (Joel) Lamb and Matthew Spellmeyer. He was a cherished Grandfather to Julia, Mia, Zoe and Theo. Beloved brother of the late Carol (Reilly) and Lawrence, and survived by brother Jon Spellmeyer. Cherished friend, uncle, cousin and in-law to many.

The family would like to thank the amazing medical staff at Barnes Jewish in St. Louis, especially nurses Alyson, Brandon and Doctors Masood and Stascak.

May Mark's soul rest in eternal peace, and may the family find solace in the love and support of friends and the comforting embrace of the Catholic faith.
