Lorraine Ann Dreifke

DREIFKE (née Feldhaus), Lorraine Ann, Age 91 of St. Louis, MO. Born on July 23, 1929, passed away peacefully May 12, 2021, surrounded by family. Lorraine was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She grew up in Nativity Parish, North Pointe and was a graduate of Fontbonne College (1951). Long time involved member of Ascension parish, Northwoods, MO. Lived in the Central West End of St. Louis with family before retiring to Our Lady of Life where she enjoyed dinners, activities, and being with friends.

She was preceded in death by husband, Gerald E. Dreifke; son, Mark A. Dreifke; Parents; In-laws: and friends. Survived by son, Matthew G. Dreifke (Patricia), daughters, Laura M. Dreifke (Jan Killough) and Anne Marie Dreifke, daughter-in-law Annette M. Chiste Dreifke, In-Laws, and friends.

Dear grandmother of Ann (Brian), Catherine (Mike), Joseph (Ellen), and Mary Clare; Xavier; and Alex, Shelby and Melanie. Cherished great-grandmother of Aubrey, Niklas, and Preston.

The family wishes to thank Robyn Willis, Akoua Dossou, and Javier Parado, as well as the staff of Our Lady of Life and the nurses and staff of BJC Hospice. They made Lorraine’s last days as comfortable as possible.

Services: Visitation with family on Sunday, May 16, 2021 from 2-5 pm in the Great Hall of AMBRUSTER Mortuary, 6633 Clayton Rd (Clayton).

Mass will be celebrated at 9 am Monday, May 17, 2021 in the chapel at Our Lady of Life, 7655 Watson Road (St. Louis). Interment at Calvary Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
